    This would make sense for our company. If the fees are lower and recovery is faster, then naturally we would expect a much better net result. But how do you accomplish this?

    As you’ll see on other parts of this site, we have lower fees because we are ABLE and WILLING to have lower fees. We are ABLE to do it because we are automated, efficient, and experienced, and because our business model encourages early submittal which achieves better recovery rates. And we are WILLING to do it because we’d rather have higher volume and lower margins. It’s like the difference between a high-volume low-cost superstore and an expensive luxury boutique. We don’t think that debt collection should be treated like a costly luxury.
